SHIPPING
Orders placed within mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal are shipped via DHL. Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days. Free of charge for purchases over €200 and with free returns. For purchases under €200, orders will be subject to a €15 shipping fee, as will returns. Orders placed outside of Spain and Portugal and within the European community are shipped via DHL Parcel. The standard delivery time is 3-6 business days depending on the country of destination. All orders are subject to a standard shipping and return fee of €15. Request information by mail at atencioncliente@gore.es for other international destinations.
RETURNS POLICY
- If you wish to return a purchase, you must request the return via email to atencioncliente@gore.es, within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order. The purchase must be returned within 7 days from the date on which the authorization number is notified. Please note that no returns will be accepted without it.
- Returned items must be new, unused, and include all original tags in perfect condition, as shipped. Shoes must include their original undamaged box, as this is considered part of the product. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns for shoes with marked soles.
- To ensure that we receive the items in perfect condition, we recommend sending them in the same package that you received them.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Request your authorization number by email to atencioncliente@gore.es
- You will receive an email with the authorization number and instructions for sending us the items you wish to return.
- In mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal, the item will be picked up by DHL at the address that you indicate.

- Purchases made online may be returned in our physical stores. Please make sure you have the order number when you deliver the item to the store. In this case, the refund will always be made with the same method used for payment.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the delivered product does not correspond to the order or has been delivered in poor condition.
RECEIVING THE FULL REFUND
If all the products are received correctly and within the indicated periods, you can choose between a voucher or a refund of the full amount (minus shipping expenses) through the same method with which the purchase was made.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only allowed for different sizes of the same purchased item. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, you must request the return and place a new order. In the case of exchanges, the shipping costs will be free within mainland Spain.
GIFT RETURNS
If you have received a gift and wish to exchange it, you can request a refund as a voucher, as you do not have any payment method used for the purchase, and place a new order.
VOUCHERS
Shopping vouchers are valid for one year.

All items pass a quality control before they are sold. If you have received an item and you think there may be a problem, please contact us as soon as possible. The returns conditions referred to in this webpage apply exclusively to online sales.
